Accommodation

The blocked rooms in HALFTIME will be released soon.

We make sure of a certain number of rooms in HALFTIME located near Kintetsu Shin-Omiya Station, which is next to Nara Station. We are planning to run a shuttle bus from this hotel to the conference venue in mornings.

A limited number of rooms are blocked for IUKM2019 participants. You can chose a room type from:

• single: 6,000 JPY (Tax/Service charge included); for one person; breakfast included.
• twin: 10,000 JPY (Tax/Service charge included); for two persons; breakfast included.

In order to book rooms of Hotel HALFTIME, please contact the hotel directly via e-mail (info@nara-halftime.com) with subject of "IUKM2019 Accommodation Booking" and cc to iukm2019@inulab.sys.es.osaka-u.ac.jp, including the following information.

• Arrival and Departure Date
• Room type: single or twin

Please note that the payment method is on-site payment (Credit Card or Cash) only. If you prefer another hotel or if you cannot book a room in Hotel HALFTIME because of full occupancy, please book a room by yourself through travel websites etc.
